Jersey City Loft

DESIGN SCOPE:

After relocating from Manhattan in search of more space, our client purchased a historic loft in Jersey City's Paulus Hook neighborhood. Housed in a beautifully converted factory, the home featured soaring ceilings, exposed brick, and incredible industrial character. Our goal was to preserve those original architectural details while creating a home that felt warm, elevated, and tailored to the client's lifestyle. The project included a full bathroom remodel, a redesigned fireplace surround, fresh paint throughout, and complete furnishings for the entire loft. The bathroom was completely transformed with rich green tile, modern finishes, and refined details to create a calming, spa-like retreat, while the living spaces were layered with natural textures, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful styling to balance the loft's expansive scale. The result isa home that seamlessly blends historic character with contemporary comfort, offering a sophisticated yet inviting space that feels both timeless and effortlessly livable
